HIN 14-Day Free Return Policy

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions. We gladly accept the return & exchange within 14 days of receipt. 

All returns must be in good condition (unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags) with the express list photos, inside package label photos, and received items photos, not affect the secondary sales. Please kindly note that all requests must be approved by our Customer Service Team. 

*Please notify us within 3 days from the date that the buyer receives the goods before the purchase monies release to seller. If we do not receive any notify by buyer after receiving the goods within 3 days from the date buyer receive goods, and purchase monies has released to seller. Then will be ineffective.


Please send us email: info@thehin.co with the below content to our Customer Service Team within 3 days from the date that the buyer receives the goods:

a) Order Number 

b) The clear pictures of the item(s), and the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible 

c) The outer packaging with tracking number

d) The Reason for Return.

 

Return Process: 

1. Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, damaged, or altered products.

• Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., lip scrubs, body scrubs) for safety reasons.

• Customized or final-sale items.


3. Return Process:

• Contact our customer service team with your order details.

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• Once received, we will inspect the item and process a full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• If the return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to the customer.
